*  R.C. FOSTER  -- PUTTER'S CUP Founder/Director of Operations & Logistics
        Discounting yearbook accolades by student peers for producing “California's best 60’s high school beach and surfing parties,” some noteworthy Foster successes include the Tri-Am and Junior-Am Motocross Series ... The Pig Bowl (“Cop vs. Crook”) charity football games ... Budweiser-Natural Light Salad Toss-Off ... Burt Reynolds Celebrity Polo Classic ... Bill Cosby Tennis Classic ... Budweiser Toobing Olympics ... and the most successfully marketed and profitable cocktail in the history of alcohol: Harvey Wallbanger!
     Foster’s TV and radio experience started with his unique "Simon Says" audience warm-up routine at KTLA/Golden West Broadcasting.  After that, Foster went on to create, produce and/or direct televised events such as: The National Chili Society Championship Chili Cook-off (NBC) … World Championship Mechanical Bull Buck-Off (NBC) … Celebrity Winter Games (NBC) ... King of the Hill Triathlon (ESPN) ... the first winner-take-all $1,000,000 payoff in sports history: Super Run 1 (ESPN) and Super Run II (ABC Sports) ... and Earth Games ’88 (Disneyland/Disney Channel) - a model Olympic type games for kids under 12 using the philosophy that “Participation IS Victory” and a lesser than first place finish is a learning and sharing experience.
     Foster retired from "the biz" in 2000 then unretired in 2001 to make possible the “wish” of a cancer-battling teenager:  to create and oversee WishCruise Navy, a non-profit charity which uses on-loan luxury motor and sailing yachts to provide funding for FREE SmileBox computers and harbor WishCruise adventures for children with a life-threatening illness. [WishCruiose Navy also administers an Explorer “Seal Academy” providing career pathway education and delinquency prevention mentoring for at-risk teens.]
     Committed to providing financial self-support for the WishCruise Navy charity, Foster reactivated his former production company, TFP ENTERTAINMENT (alias The Fun Police) and is again actively creating and developing events and programming for network television and internet cybercast distribution.
     Foster’s seminar/lecture topics and consulting expertise include: Disney’s Brief Board/Story Board (event planning and time management)  Creativity – The Risks and Rewards; The Hazards of Sanctioning Incompetence; Insegreviology; and “Liars, Thieves, Cheats and Business Whores”™ -- Survival in the Event/ Entertainment Industry.
     Favorite saying: "Rome wasn't built in a day, but I wasn't running that job either!"
